Hikaru Urano Life story
Hikaru Urano (浦野光 Urano Hikaru) is a Japanese voice actor, whose known by the role as Popeye in the Japanese dub of Popeye cartoons. He is also the first voice actor that voiced Zoffy in the Ultraman. He was reported to have passed away in May 2018 at the age of 86.
