Hippalectryon

A hippalectryon or hippalektryon, is a type of fantastic hybrid creature of Ancient Greek folklore, half-horse and half-rooster, including the tail, wings and hind legs. Its colour varies between yellow and reddish. No myths related to it are currently known.
