Horacio Zeballos Gámez Life story
Fue un innato luchador por las causas sociales durante el gobierno de Fernando Belaunde y el gobierno militar. En 1980 fue elegido diputado de Arequipa. Horacio escribió artículos y poesía. Entre sus figuran “ Alegrías de la prisión”, “Pluma esclava”, “ El eco de mi voz”, “Los esclavos de corbata”, entre todas.
