Huang Kun-huei Life story
Huang Kun-huei is a Taiwanese politician. A former member of the Kuomintang, he had served as the party's secretary general from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, Huang served as the minister of the Mainland Affairs Council from 1991 to 1994 and Minister of the Interior from 1994 to 1996.
