About Huasca De Ocampo
Huasca de Ocampo is a town in the central Mexican state of Hidalgo. Known for its pottery, the town has narrow streets lined with handicraft shops. The 16th-century Iglesia de San Juan Bautista honors the town's patron saint, John the Baptist. The Prismas Basálticos is a towering rock formation with waterfalls fed by the Presa San Antonio dam. To the west, El Chico National Park offers woodland trails and waterfalls.
