Humphrey Blount Life story
Sir Humphrey Blount 1422-77 & wife Elizabeth Winnington. Humphrey was the son of Sir John Blount (d1442) and Alice de la Bere. He was the grandson of Sir John Blount d1423 of Sodington and Isabel granddaughter of Edmund de Cornwall of Kinlet. A Yorkist he was knighted at the Battle of Tewkesbury 1471.
