Iain Ross

Iain James Kerr Ross has been a Justice of the Federal Court of Australia since 1 March 2012 and is the current President of the Australian Fair Work Commission. Ross was previously an assistant secretary of the Australian Council of Trade Unions, serving under Bill Kelty.
