Ibrahim Ilhami Pasha Life story
Ibrahim Ilhami Pasha was the only surviving son of Abbas I of Egypt and his wife Mahvash Khanum Effendi. He was circumcised in 1849, at the age of thirteen. In March 1854, a messenger from Istanbul announced the betrothal of Ottoman Princess Münire Sultan, daughter of Abdulmejid I, to Ibrahim Pasha.
