Ignacio E. Lozano Jr. Life story
Ignacio Eugenio Lozano Jr. was an American diplomat who was United States Ambassador to El Salvador. He was appointed to the ambassadorship by President Gerald Ford in 1976. He resigned the post following the assumption of the presidency by Jimmy Carter.
