Inglatu

Inglatu was a male Dosi, who along with Zyree, represented his people during negotiations with the Ferengi, represented by Quark and Pel, in 2370. The Ferengi sought to purchase 100,000 vats of tulaberry wine; however, the Dosi were unable to supply such a large order.
