Ion Buzea Life story
Ion Buzea is a Romanian tenor who enjoyed a successful international career. Born in Cluj, Romania, where he studied geology and mining and played in the National Romanian Volleyball team while pursuing vocal training with Lya Popp. He made his stage debut in Cluj as Alfredo in La traviata in 1958.
