Irena Morales was the leader of a terrorist cell in Mexico; she used 'coyotes' (people smugglers) to smuggle terrorists into other countries and attack them. In 2003, she and her freelance terrorist organization bombed the French Embassy in Bogota, Columbia, according to Rainbow intel.
