About It's A Bikini World
This music-filled beach fest finds popular surfer Mike Samson (Tommy Kirk) falling for highbrow cutie Delilah Dawes (Deborah Walley), who won't give the conceited womanizer the time of day. So Mike does what any red-blooded American male would do: He makes himself over into a nerdy "twin brother," and attempts to win the lady's heart.
