J. Caleb Boogs Life story
James Caleb Boggs (May 15, 1909 – March 26, 1993) was a Republican U.S. Senator from Delaware from 1961 to 1973. He was Governor from 1953 to 1960 and a Congressman from 1947 to 1953. He was defeated in 1972 by future President of the United States, Joe Biden. He was born in Cheswold, Delaware.
