J. Satyanarayana is retired 1977 batch IAS officer of Andhra Pradesh cadre. Satyanarayana is the current Chairman of Unique Identification Authority of India, the nodal agency of Government of India for implementing Aadhaar. He also served as the Communications and Information Technology Secretary of India.
