Jace Montero was a property developer who set up arsons to destroy the buildings across New York City and build his own facilities. Most of Montero's arsons usually caused the deaths of civilians what brought him to Erik Gelden's blackmailing scheme. Eventually, Montero was confronted by Trish Walker who murdered him.
