Jacob Hemingway Life story
Jacob Hemingway (Yale 1704) was the son of Samuel Hemingway and Sarah Cooper of the village of East Haven, Connecticut. Ordained 1711, he was the sole pastor of the church at East Haven until his death in 1754. Hemingway married Lydia Ball (d. 1738) and upon her death married Sarah Wooster (d. 1749).
