James Charles Pitt Life story
1761-80. He was born on 24 April 1761, the third son and youngest child of William Pitt, the 1st Earl of Chatham, and his wife, Hester Grenville. His elder brothers were General Hon. John Pitt, the 2nd Earl of Chatham, and William Pitt, the future prime minister.
