James Horace Lacy Life story
Horace Lacy was a planter, businessman, and civic leader in Fredericksburg. During the Civil War he served as a major in the Confederate army, and his brother, Beverly Tucker Lacy, was the chaplain of Stonewall Jackson's corps.
