James S. C. Chao Life story
James Si-Cheng Chao is a Chinese-American businessman. He is the founder of the Foremost Group, a New York-based shipping, trading, and finance enterprise. He is Elaine Chao's father, and Senator Mitch McConnell's father-in-law. The James S.C. Chao Scholarship is named after him.
