James Timlin Life story
James Clifford Timlin is an American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He served as Bishop of Scranton from 1984 to 2003. During his tenure as bishop, he reassigned a priest who had raped a girl and arranged for her family to be paid to remain silent on the matter.
