Jean-Damascène Bizimana

Jean-Damascène Bizimana is a former Rwandan diplomat. He was ambassador of Rwanda to the United Nations. At the time of the assassination of president Habyarimana of Rwanda, Bizimana held a non-permanent seat on the United Nations Security Council.
