Jean-Pierre Detremmerie Life story
Jean-Pierre Detremmerie was a Belgian politician and long serving former mayor of Mouscron. He was active within the francophone Christian Democratic Party for many years, and a Member of Parliament between 1981 and 2003. He was known to colleagues, informally, as "Detrem".
