Jeffrey R. Speed

Jeffrey R. Speed serves as Independent Director of the Company. He is Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of our Compensation Committee. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Six Flags, Inc., the world's largest regional theme park operator, from April 2006 until October 2010.
