Jhon Frank Pinchao Blanco is a Colombian policeman with the rank of subintendent who was kidnapped by the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia guerrilla group after Farc's attack on the town of Mitú, Vaupés Department on November 1, 1998. He escaped in 2007.
