Joel Bolger Life story
Joel Harold Bolger is an American lawyer and jurist. He has served as a justice of the Alaska Supreme Court since his appointment in 2013, succeeding Walter L. Carpeneti. He was elevated to Chief Justice in 2018. He was a judge of the Alaska Court of Appeals from October 2008 until his appointment to the high court.
