Joel Lion Life story
Joel Lion is an Israeli diplomat, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Israel to Ukraine. From May 2017 to August 2018, he served as the Chief of Diplomatic Staff of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Tzipi Hotovely. Joel Lion joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1993.
