John L. Harmer Life story
John L. Harmer was an American politician who served in the California State Senate as a Republican from 1966 to 1974. Harmer served as the Lieutenant Governor of California from 1974 to 1975. He was also the founder of the Lighted Candle Society and the author of several books.
