John O'Connell Life story
John Francis O'Connell was an Irish Labour Party, Independent and Fianna Fáil politician who served as Minister for Health from 1992 to 1993 and Ceann Comhairle of Dáil Éireann from 1981 to 1982. He served as a Teachta Dála from 1965 to 1987 and from 1989 to 1993.
