John Villasenor

John Villasenor is a professor of electrical engineering, law, public policy, and management at UCLA, and is the faculty director of the UCLA Institute for Technology, Law, and Policy. He is also a nonresident senior fellow at the Brookings Institution and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
