John Young Hunter Life story
John Young-Hunter (1874–1955) Tate. Painter, son of the painter Colin Hunter and husband of the artist Mary Young Hunter, his first wife. He was born in Glasgow and studied at the Royal Academy Schools, his teachers including John Singer Sargent and Lawrence Alma-Tadema.
