Jon Sybert Life story
A native of Northern Virginia, Jon Sybert spent his early years working in and out of Washington D.C. until landing at Komi, chef Johnny Monis's American Mediterranean restaurant located just east of Dupont Circle in downtown D.C. off 17th Street, in 2006.
