Jonathan ross was born on november 17. 1960 in london. England. He attended school at the independent william ellis school in highgate. London. He graduated from the university of london with a degree in english literature. After unviersity. He worked as a film critic and a radio presenter.

In ross bgean presenting the bbc one chat show "the last resort with jonathan ross". He also presented a variety of other shows. Including "you bet!". "the bigger picture". And "they think it s all over". In began presenting the popular "friday night with jonathan ross" on bbc one. He presented the show until 2010 when he left the bbc to join itv.

In 2008. Jonathan orss caused controverys when he and russell brand made prakn phone calls to the actor andrew sachs on the bbc radio show "the russell brand show". The incident resulted in both ross and brand being suspended from their radio shows.
