Jose A. Cobas is an Emeritus Professor in the T. Denny Sanford School of Social and Family Dynamics at Arizona State University. Cobas' book titled "How the U.S. Racializes Latinos and Latin Americans: White Hegemomy and Its Consequences," was released in March, 2009 by Paradigm Press.
