Jose A. Lozano Life story
Jose A. Lozano (Fellow, IEEE) received the Ph. D. degree in computer science from the University of the Basque Country, Leioa, Spain, in 1998. He is currently a Full Professor with the University of the Basque Country and the Scientific Director of Basque Center for Applied Mathematics, Bilbao, Spain.
