José Ballesta Life story
José Francisco Ballesta Germán is a Spanish medical professor and politician. A full professor at the University of Murcia since 1992, he served as the university's president from 1998 to 2006. As a People's Party politician, he was the mayor of Murcia and a minister in the Government of the Region of Murcia.
