José Ignacio De Mendiguren Life story
José Ignacio "Vasco" de Mendiguren is an Argentine industrialist and politician. He was chairman of the Argentine Industrial Union, director of the National Bank of Argentina, and Minister of Production during the presidency of Eduardo Duhalde.
