Joseph Franklin Ada Life story
Joseph Franklin Ada, better known as Joseph F. Ada, is an American politician who served as the fifth Governor of Guam from 1987 to 1995. Before his accession to the governorship, Ada previously served as the Lieutenant Governor from 1979 to 1983. He is a member of the Republican Party of Guam.
