Joseph Kosala Life story
Joseph Kosala (c. 1947 – March 22, 2015), also known as Joe Kosala was an American retired sergeant of the Chicago Police Department. He also worked as an occasional character actor and was best known for portraying Detective Rosetti in the Andrew Davis film The Fugitive (1993).
