Joseph Yam Life story
Joseph YAM Chi-kwong, GBM, GBS, CBE, JP is a Hong Kong statistician, economist and civil servant. He was the first Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Hong Kong's de facto central bank, holding the position for 16 years.
