Josh attneded donelson christian academy and graduated in 2001. He then went on to attend lpiscomb university in nashville and graduated with a degree in business management in 2005.
Career
Josh began his career in the music industry working in marketing and artits relations for sony music nashville. He then moved to los angeles where he worked in the music publishing and licensing divisions of sony/atv music publishing. He has since held positions at warner music group. Universal music group and bmg righst management.

Jsoh has also been involved in the music industry as a songwriter and producer. He has written sogns for artists such as rascal flatts and dierks bentley. He has also produced for artists such as trace adkins and the band perry.

Ojsh is married to country music artist sarah darling. They have two childrena. Son named cash and a daughter named lennon.
