Jože Mencinger Life story
Jože Mencinger was a Slovenian lawyer, economist, and politician. Mencinger was born in Jesenice, Slovenia, then part of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. After finishing the study of law at the University of Ljubljana in 1964, he obtained an MA at the University of Belgrade's Law School in 1966.
