Juan Abad Life story
Juan Abad was a Filipino printer turned playwright and journalist. His main contribution to Filipino theatre was his patriotic plays: the zarzuela Ang Tanikalang Guinto, and Isang Punglo ng Kaaway, the former which, caused his arrest and trial.
