Julian Haviland Life story
Julian Arthur Charles Haviland is a British print and broadcasting journalist of over sixty years' standing. He was a lobby correspondent at Westminster for over twenty years, and is the former Political Editor of Independent Television News and The Times newspaper. He is also the author of two books.
