Julien Modica

Julien Modica was a 2018 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 10th Congressional District of Virginia. Modica withdrew prior to the filing deadline. The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee included Virginia's 10th in its list of battleground districts for 2018.
