Julius Root

Commander Julius Root was the commander of the Reconnaissance division of the Lower Elements Police. He was frequently angry, and when angry, his face turned red (thus earning him the nickname "Beetroot"). He was the brother of the fairy criminal Turnball Root, who also was an officer in the LEPrecon.
