Kabab Barg

Kabāb-e Barg is a Persian style barbecued and marinated lamb, chicken or beef kabab dish. The main ingredients of Kabab-e Barg are fillets of beef tenderloin, lamb shank, and less commonly chicken, along with onions and olive oil.
