About Kalamai
Kalamai is a traditional Chamorro corn / coconut pudding, sometimes referred to as coconut gelatin. Original versions of kalamai called for masa harina, coconut milk, sugar, and water. Subsequently, cornstarch was used to thicken the dessert.
