Karl Olfers Life story
Karl Olfers was a German politician and member of the Social Democratic Party of Germany. From 1946 to 1952 and from 1956 to 1966 he was Mayor of Cuxhaven and from 1946 to 1955 and from 1959 to 1963 President of the Lower Saxony State Parliament.
