Kevin Santiago Quintero Chavarro is a Colombian track cyclist, who specializes in sprinting events. He has won numerous medals in continental games and championships, as well as competed at the 2018, 2019 and 2020 UCI Track Cycling World Championships. He represented Colombia at the 2020 Summer Olympics.
